It’s a little late to be talking about last month’s game, but why not? It was great fun playing through it (or rather dying through it) in solo and in co-op.

Review: Final Fantasy VIII
Final Fantasy VIII (hereupon shortened to “FF8”) is probably my favorite of the series barring Tactics. The characters are likable, the story is coherent (mind-blowing even), the mechanics are one-of-a-kind, and Triple Triad is most definitely the best FF minigame. So let’s talk about this game.
Review: Thief (2014)
What is Thief? Thief is the reboot to an older series of the same name. Compared to the older titles, this modernized twist to the game adds new features to entice new fans as well as keeping the older, familiar gameplay quirks that appealed to the older fans.
Review: Titanfall (Beta)
Let’s talk about Titanfall. Just a little over a week has passed since the end of the closed (and open, shortly after) beta of the widely-acclaimed “most anticipated game of 2014”, and there has been ample time to think back on gameplay and to review video footage. But really, stretching across much of the discussion topics is the bogeyman of the beta: the Smart Pistol Mk. 5.
Review: Prison Architect
What is Prison Architect? At its base, a prison management simulator, where you (the player) are in charge of designing and then running a prison, complete with all kinds of shenanigans that comes with management. As of writing, the game is still in Alpha build 17, so there are probably features that will be added later on.
