Patch Thoughts: TERA 25.06
Let’s talk about Patch 25.06 for TERA. Major changes in this patch were the addition of animations for certain back cosmetics and of the Federation Bills and store, as well as some niche bug fixes. Full patch notes are linked here.
Review: Final Fantasy VIII
Final Fantasy VIII (hereupon shortened to “FF8”) is probably my favorite of the series barring Tactics. The characters are likable, the story is coherent (mind-blowing even), the mechanics are one-of-a-kind, and Triple Triad is most definitely the best FF minigame. So let’s talk about this game.
Mod: Colored Witch Hats
A mod for TERA. Changes the original Witch Hat from original colors to a black or white color scheme and removing “extra” elements. Pictures and links to download inside.
Guide: Installing and Uninstalling TERA Mods
This is a guide explaining how to install any and all mods you want to use for TERA. These instructions will apply to all texture mods, but in the case of fancier mods (voice, loading screen, etc), they will follow a similar format.
Mod: White Snowsuit
A mod for TERA. Changes the original Elin Snowsuit from original colors to white/black color scheme. Pictures and link to download inside.
Guide: TERA PVE Berserker
While other classes will provide “variety” and “utility” to your party composition, it doesn’t matter when things take (literally) a million damage and die. You don’t need a million skills or some fancy buffs to smash face; you have your bread and your butter, and that’s all you need.
Review: Thief (2014)
What is Thief? Thief is the reboot to an older series of the same name. Compared to the older titles, this modernized twist to the game adds new features to entice new fans as well as keeping the older, familiar gameplay quirks that appealed to the older fans.
Review: Titanfall (Beta)
Let’s talk about Titanfall. Just a little over a week has passed since the end of the closed (and open, shortly after) beta of the widely-acclaimed “most anticipated game of 2014”, and there has been ample time to think back on gameplay and to review video footage. But really, stretching across much of the discussion topics is the bogeyman of the beta: the Smart Pistol Mk. 5.
Review: Prison Architect
What is Prison Architect? At its base, a prison management simulator, where you (the player) are in charge of designing and then running a prison, complete with all kinds of shenanigans that comes with management. As of writing, the game is still in Alpha build 17, so there are probably features that will be added later on.
